“CREATIVE ACTIONS FOR THE PLANET” WORKSHOPS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Do you want to do something for the planet?<\/p>\n

Do you want to meet new people and learn new things about food?<\/p>\n

Join us for free workshops!<\/p>\n

When?<\/strong> Fridays 10.4., 17.4., 24.4. and 8.5. from 4\u20136 pm<\/p>\n

Where?<\/strong> Multicultural Center Gloria, Matarankatu 6 a 1<\/p>\n

For whom?<\/strong> The workshops are open to everyone. No special skills are required. All you need is an interest in food and the environment. We speak easy Finnish and English.<\/p>\n

Who organizes the workshops?<\/strong> Sonja Salom\u00e4ki from the Planetbic project<\/p>\n

What will be done in the workshops?<\/strong> In the “Creative Actions for the Planet” workshops you will:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 learn what a diet that supports the well-being of the planet looks like<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 get to know the food traditions of different countries<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 share your favorite recipes<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 come up with new, environmentally friendly versions of old recipes<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 cook together<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0participate in the tasks of the international Global Action Days 2026<\/a> action week related to climate change and food<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0take part in a joint celebratory meal at the end!<\/p>\n
