Looking for a nice and relaxing way to start a new week? Come join us for free hatha yoga at Multicultural Center Gloria!<\/p>\n

We have yoga every Monday from 9-10 am.
\nEveryone is welcome to yoga. You don’t need any previous experience. You can bring your own yoga mat if you have one.<\/p>\n

Remember to always register for yoga no later than Friday of the previous week. Yoga classes start on August 17, 2026.<\/p>\n

Normally, yoga is held in the Multicultural Center Gloria’s own space, but in early autumn 2026, the Civic Activity Center Matara will be undergoing renovations, which is why yoga will be held in the Tourujoki hall for the time being. When you arrive at the Matara lobby, we will advise you of the right place.<\/p>\n
