Currently these activities are on pause due to the corona situation.
Lunch @Gloria is organized once a month from 12 to 2 pm, or as long as there is food (we cook for up to 40 people). For 6 to 7 euros you can come and eat traditional food from different countries, get to know new food cultures and taste ethnic flavors from all over the world. The person who prepares the lunch is usually from the country the meal originates. You can also volunteer if are interested in cooking.
In handicraft group we make handiwork from different materials. Every meeting has its own theme, for example knitting, crochet, felting, patchwork and other crafts. The frame for each semester is based on the ideas and hopes of the visitors. You can also bring your own handicraft items and work on it during the group meeting. The group gathers every Wednesday from 12 to 2 pm.
Evenings are built upon the wishes of the visitors and are usually based on a certain theme, for example food culture, crafts and music. We offer coffee, tea and maybe some snacks. Culture evenings are held approx. once a month on Wednesdays from 5 to 7 pm.
In Talent Open Stage evenings you have a chance to show your skills to the audience and judges. There are three judges who give (constructive) feedback on every performance. There is no age limit for performing or being part of the audience. Max. 10 performances are included in the evening in order of who signed up first. One act should last 2-5 minutes.
If you want to host a Talent evening or participate in any other way, you can join the Talent team where we plan and prepare the evenings.
