We are looking for volunteers to take part in a multicultural fashion show, to be held during the Finnish Independence celebration organized by Multicultural Center Gloria on December 4th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM! The event takes place at Veturitallit (Veturitallinkatu 6, Jyväskylä).
The purpose of the fashion show is to showcase a multicultural Jyväskylä and Finland through traditional attire from various cultures.
Everyone is welcome to participate just as they are. Body size and age do not matter. You do not need any prior modeling experience.
You are also welcome to participate using a wheelchair or a rollator.
You may wear an outfit of your own, if you have one; alternatively, we can help find a suitable outfit for you.
While volunteers will not be paid for their participation, you are guaranteed a fantastic experience!
Volunteers will meet for a few rehearsals before the actual event.
