Multicultural Center Gloria is celebrating Finland’s independence on Friday, December 4, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Veturitallit! ✨💙🤍
The program includes for example a multicultural fashion show, musical performances, speeches, an awards ceremony for the Volunteers of the Year, and cake and coffee. Come and experience Gloria’s biggest event of the year! We will also be celebrating Gloria’s coming of age —we have been organizing activities for 18 years now! ❤️✨
The event is open to everyone and free of charge; however, space is limited. Please arrive in good time—doors open at approximately 4:30 PM.
We encourage guests to dress in festive attire if possible. You are also welcome to wear traditional clothing from your own country or culture.
As parking at Veturitallit is very limited, we recommend arriving by bus or parking your car elsewhere—for example, in the parking garage at the Travel Center (Matkakeskus).
The celebration is organized in cooperation with the City of Jyväskylä Youth Services and International House Jyväskylä.
Address: Veturitallinkatu 6, Jyväskylä.
