Come to exercise, meet new people and enjoy the autumn outdoors! At the event you can play mölkky, basketball and volleyball, and participate in the Yhteinen talo project’s running training. You can also try the stair training and get acquainted with the outdoor gym under the guidance of the fitness service instructor.
The event is suitable for everyone. Come alone, with a friend or family!
The event is organized by International House Jyväskylä, Multicultural Center Gloria, JKU Athletics Yhteinen Talo project and the City of Jyväskylä sports services.
