The MIXI-choir for men who have moved to Finland starts at Multicultural Center Gloria on Friday, September 25, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM! Come join us and sing! 💖
We sing in Finnish—it’s a fun way to learn the language. You don’t need to know Finnish to join the choir.
An interest in singing is all that’s required; there are no auditions.
Singers from the male choir *Sirkat* also participate, giving you a chance to get to know Finnish people. In addition to singing, we spend time together at events like sauna nights, forest trips, and pre-Christmas parties.
The choir performs at a Christmas concert and at Multicultural Center Gloria’s Independence Day celebration.
Participation in the choir is free of charge. However, we hope you will take an active part in the activities throughout the academic year.
The choir’s activities are funded by the Niilo Helander Foundation.
